• Inactive Accounts: An account with no activity for 12 months will be considered inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. tk11app will not be liable for any financial losses resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to inform us in a timely manner.

Tk11app reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full.

Tk11app supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

• Bonus Abuse: Using artificial bets or low-risk strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing: Participation in any form of match-fixing or sports corruption.
• Hacking & Fraud: Attempting to breach the platform's security, manipulating software, or using automated bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Third-Party Accounts: Betting using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent identity, address, or other personal information.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback with a payment provider.

In all circumstances, tk11app's maximum liability is limited to the value of a single transaction. tk11app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Tk11app may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
